For the Carnitas
Cut pork into 2-4 inch cubes
Dry rub pork with salt and pepper.
Place in frying pan with olive oil and sear all the sides.
Place in crockpot on high
Take fresh squeezed Orange juice stir in Cumin, Oregano, Garlic powder and beer.
Pour this mixture over the pork
Cook on high for 4 -5 hours and check the tenderness and put on low or warm
For the tacos wrap in wet paper towel and microwave for 30-45 seconds serve with garnish and Verde.
Deseed a destem pepper, destem Cilantro, Slice onion and take garlic and mix in food processor. You can also just use onion and Cilantro as a garnish but I like a little heat.

Mix all ingredients in food processor Wahla!
