Suggest a better descriptionAdd all ingredients, except cream cheese to crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours. Add block of cream cheese and cook 30 more minutes, until cream cheese is melted. Shred mixture with 2 forks. Serve on tortillas, or over rice or pasta.
