Suggest a better descriptionBrown ground beef on stovetop. Add Cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to ground beef while cooking for seasoning.
Heat olive oil. Cook garlic, onions, peppers and mushrooms in large pan until tender.
Add beef and veggies to crockpot. Add olives, tomatoes, sugar, basil oregano, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes.
Cook in crock pot on low for 8 hrs. If desired add fresh basil and oregano about 30 min prior to completion for extra flavor.
