Suggest a better description1. Place the butter on a high heat pan and melt it.
2. Pour the flour and mix well until brown.
3. Warm up milk in microwave and pour on the pan.
4. Whisk constantly until milk starts to thicken and turn heat to low.
5. Mix in cheese, chopped hard boiled eggs, two egg yolks and salt.
6. Remove from heat after a couple of minutes.
7. Pour in a container and cover the surface with film to avoid forming skin.
8. Let it cool and put in the fridge as soon as it is cold enough.
9. Keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
10. Take out of the fridge.
11. Set up a bowl with the two eggs whites beaten, garlic powder and a pinch of salt.
12. Set up a bowl with the bread crumbs.
13. With a spoon scoop the dough, dip if in the egg, dip in the bread crumbs and shape it.
14. Set aside.
15. Cook them in a deep-fryer or a skillet with plenty of oil.
16. Serve warm.
