Place pork in large crock pot. Pour bottles of marinade into crock pot. Add 2 whole japs to crock pot. Cook on low for about 10 hours. Remove pork and shred with 2 forks. Return pork to crock pot with fresh marinade and heat.
You can also make a side dipping sauce with the marinade, some sliced onions and a clove of chopped fresh garlic. You saute the onions and garlic and add marinade.
