Line baking sheet with foil.
Cut cabbage in quarters, remove stem. Cut into 4 wedges - 16pcs
Large Bowl, combine Cabbage, Onion & apple.
Drizzle with Olive Oil & toss.
Sprinkle w Curry. Season w S&P.
Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20min stirring after 10min
Sprinkle Currants & Almonds & toss.
Cut in 1/2. Went light on onion & used red. I thought would be good with a little spice... will add Cayanne Pepper next time
