Suggest a better description1. Combine mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of he curry powder in a small bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. In a large bowl, combine turkey with remaining curry powder, onion, and egg.
Shape into equal-size patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Grease grill grate.
Arrange patties on cooking grate, place lid on grill. Cook, turning once halfway
through cooking time (10 to 12 minutes for medium-well: cut to test). Top with
cheese.
3. Spread buns with mayonnaise mixture; top with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
Place patty on top. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
