Sauté onions and celery in butter several minutes, mix in salt and curry powder. Add flour, cook until bubbly. Pour in milk and broth, cook on low heat, stirring until smooth and thick. Remove from heat, add in sherry. Divide sauce in half, add chicken to one half. Spoon about three T of chicken mixture onto center of crepe, fold over. Place Crepes in large shallow baking dish and pour remaining sauce over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Heat in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes 10 Crepes.
