From the yeast, sugar spoon, tablespoon of flour and a little lukewarm milk Prepare yeast.
Pour the sifted flour into a bowl, add yeast, eggs, remaining warm milk and the rest of the sugar residue.Add salt and mix. The result is liquid batter. Let it rise in a warm place for about twenty-five minutes (the volume should be doubled).
Heat the griddles or frying pan and lightly coat with fat. Ladle the batter on the pan and cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Put a dollop of jelly in the center.
