Dad's recipt for light and fluffy Waffles

Measure dry ingredients into missing bowl.
Separate the Eggs
Blend- combine egg yolks & milk.
Stir into dry ingredients then stir in cooking oil.
Carefully fold in egg whites.
Do not over mix.
Spray waffle iron with PAM.
Pour approx. 2/3 cups batter on preheated griddle
Bake approx. 2 mins.
