Everyone loves this meal!
1. Scale ground beef into four 4 oz. patties.
2. Sprinkle one side with onion powder.
3. Turn over and sprinkle the other side with seasoned salt.
For a Charcoal Grill:
4. Heat 60-80 charcoal briquettes (delpending on outdoor tempeature) about 20 minutes or until grill temperature reaches at least 400 degrees.
5. Place patties around the coals to grill on indirect heat and cook covered 8-10 minutes per side. Internal temerature shuld read 160 degrees.
6. Optional toppings: just before removing place sliced sauted mushrooms, onions and cheese on burgers and cover to melt cheese.
7. Remove to bun add additional toppings and condiments as desired to build your perfect burger and enjoy!
