Dad's Famous Meatballs

1. Allow ingredients to sit for a few minutes to warm closer to room temperature
2. Put chop meat in large bowl
3. Sprinkle parsely, salt and pepper into beaten egg bowl
4. Cover with beaten egg mixture; use hands to mash meat and mix in egg (put olive oil on hands to avoid stickiness of meat)
5. Cover top half of meat with cheese; flip meat and cover other half of meat with cheese. Use hands to work in cheese. Mix thoroughly but do not over work meat or it will make meatballs tough
6. Add bread crumbs same way as cheese
7. Fry in electric skillet at 300 degrees F until outside is appropriately brown; reduce heat to 200 degrees F if oil starts to simmer / boil. Do not fully cook the meatballs in the skillet, add them to the sauce for a longer period of time and they will slowly cook through
Alternatively: Can also bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes
