Suggest a better descriptionSoak dandelion greens in 4 cups water of water and 1 teaspoon of salt for a few minutes to lessen their bitterness.
Then put them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Sauté onions in olive oil, add garlic, and cayenne pepper. When onions are transluscent, turn off heat and add drained dandelion greens. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with some Parmesan cheese
when serving.
