1, Preheat Oven to 170c, and line try.
2. Sift all dry ingredients
3. In a Seperate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff
4, In another seperate bowl, combine egg yolks and the rest of the wet ingredients and mix
5. Mix wet and dry ingredients together then fold in egg whites
6. Fill cases
7. Bake for 15 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
Gumpaste: 250g fondant and 1 tsp tylo = Gumpaste
