Suggest a better descriptionPlace the yeast, water and sugar into a bowl to rehydrate. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Combine flour, corn meal and salt in mixer bowl. Mix to combine. Pour in water mixture, melted butter and honey. Mix on medium to form a dough ball. Add water or flour as needed. Pull dough from the bowl add olive oil to coat bowl return dough to bowl flipping to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand in a warm place to rise for 1 to 2 hours. Remove dough on floured surface and roll out to a large rectangle. Smear softened butter over surface and rolled up into a tube. Fold into thirds and knead back into a ball. Place back into greased bowl, cover with plastic and put in refrigerator to rise for an hour. Roll out the dough and place in deep dish pan, cutting off excess.
