Super easy 10/10 brownies.
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 square pan.
2. In a medium bowl combine melted butter, cocoa, sugar, and hot water until fully dissolved.
3. Add the eggs one at a time then vanilla and stir until well combined.
4. Sift and fold flour and salt until fully combined.
5. Fold in half of the chocolate chips into the batter.
6. Spread into pan and bake up to 25 minutes
7. Cool completely and then cut into 16 squares.
