8oz or 225g sweet yeast dough with jam,cream and icing sugar.
Reconstitute dried yeast in 4 tablespoons warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar untill a good froth.
Mix flour,salt and sugar .Melt margarine.Add egg to all ingredients to bread maker machine put on dough cycle.1 1/2 hours.
Turn dough on to floured surface and knead lightly..
Devide dough into 10 balls
Place on a greased baking sheet, leave to rise till double in size.
Bake in hot oven 7-8 for 10- 15 minutes.
When cool split open (not quite in half).Put jam and cream in .
Dredge with icing sugar.
