Suggest a better descriptionOn medium heat, warm milk and marshmallows until marshmallows completely dissolve.
Remove from heat. Mix in lime jello, pineapple and softened cream cheese.
Place back on heat to melt cream cheese. Once cream cheese has fully melted, add cool whip.
Place in refrigerator overnight to chill.
