Suggest a better descriptionIn a mixing bowl put both the flours , sugar ,salt and baking soda.
Add room temperature butter and mix it with your fingers till u get bread crumbs texture.
Add 2-3 tbsp milk gradually and make a dough.
Cling wrap the dough and keep it in the refrigerator for 10-15 min to make it workable.
Take out the dough and start rolling it , it wl be crumbly but don't worry accumulate everything and roll out ( roll out between 2 parchment papers ) 1/4" thin and cut into desired shapes .
Bake at 180 • c for 15-18 min in a preheated oven .
Each oven is different so please check after 10 min.
