Combine 1 Tablespoon sugar, yeast and warm water in a small bowl.
Stir until dissolved.
Let sit.
STEP 2.
In a mixer combine milk, butter, eggs and 1 Cup of Sugar.
Add the yeast mixture to this mixture.
STEP 3.
Add 9 Cups of flour and mix.
Knead dough until the flour has been absorbed.
STEP 4.
Let the dough knead until all of the flour has been absorbed and the dough balls pulls away from the mixing bowl side.
STEP 5.
Let dough proof until doubled in size.
STEP 6.
Cut into 1 ounce balls and put two balls into muffin pan.
Let the dough proof one more time until doubled in size.
STEP 7.
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Bake for about 11-13 minutes
STEP 8.
Brush baked dinner rolls with melted butter and top with roll topping.
