Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Put mixture into an airtight container and cure in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Form into 2 - 3” x 6” rolls. Wrap them tightly in foil with the shiny side out. Poke 10 to 15 holes in each roll, with a toothpick.
Preheat the Ninja Foodi for 20 minutes, at 325 degrees. Place rolls on trivet, seam side up. Bake, with rack in lower position, at 320 degrees for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
Unwrap and let the rolls cool on a rack.
Slice and serve.
