Warm the stock in a pan. Meanwhile, dissolve the yeast in a quarter cup of warm water,which, together with the chicken stock, you pour into the dry ingredients. Knead this for about three minutes.
roll the dough into a quarter inch thick sheet, then cut with cookie cutter or knife into circles, etc. No sharply pointed designs. Brush a wash of egg and milk onto the pieces as you put the on the baking sheet. Place in 300 degree oven for 45 minutes, then turn off the heat and leave them sitting in the oven for several hours or overnight. The bones will harden.
