Place pineapple, reserved pineapple juice, lemon juice, lime juice and sugar in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into two quart-sized freezer bags.
Stir flat in freezer.
Freeze 1 1/2 hours or until slushy.
In large bowl, stir pineapple slush gently into whipping cream until blended.
Place bowl in freezer until completely frozen (about 1 hour) and serve.
