Delicious and filling Mac 'n cheese casserole
Cook elbow macaroni in boiling salted water. While macaroni is cooking, melt butter in heavy sauce pan. When melted, whisk in flour to make the roux. Add mustard , pepper, and worstershire stirring constantly. Add cream, reduce heat, stir constantly until thickened. Add cheese, reserving some for topping, and stir carefully, keeping mixture smooth. Gradually add milk to thin sauce, until slightly thicker than consistency you prefer. Pour part of macaroni into greased oblong pang. Add about half of cheese sauce and mix macaroni until well coated. Add rest of macaroni and top with rest of cheese mix. Mix well. Top with light sprinkling of shredded cheese and finely crushed ritz crackers. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until golden. Rest for a few minutes before serving.
Keep mixing.
