Suggest a better descriptionCook sugar, butter, and water in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Remove from heat, immediately stir in 1 CUP of chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Stir in eggs and vanilla until blended. Combine Flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to chocolate mixture. Stir in remaining 1 cup chips. Pour in an ungreased 9" square pan, Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely then cut into bars.
