Chocolate cupcakes with whipped cream and Oreos.
pre-heat oven to 375. Follow the chocolate cake mix recipe and line the cupcake tins. Put half of an Oreo On the bottom (I do with cream) and fill the liners half-way up with cake mix. Bake for 17 minutes. While they're in the oven mix togehter the whipping cream on high speed. When the cream starts to peak a little add the sugar until they form stiff peaks crush up about two cups of Oreo and fold it into the cream. Put in the refrigerator until the cupcakes are done and completely cool. Put the whipped cream in a piping bag push a hole through the top of the cake and fill it until it poops out, then decorate however. Naturally I pipe a circle on top with the whipped cream and finish with the other half of an Oreo. Enjoy!
