Mix together first 5 ingredients and bake in a preheated oven (375 degrees) for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool.
Crumble the corn bread into a large casserole dish. Add celery, onion, eggs, salt/pepper and 6-7 cups of chicken broth. Mix together.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes - hour or until top is golden brown.
