Simmer the celery, onion, carrots, and butter in chicken broth or use water and bouillon
until cooked.
Can prepare the meat and chicken broth the day before and refrigerate. Warm and then
pour over the bread crumbs.
Bake in 325 to 350 oven in buttered casserole dish or buttered tin foil to fit into oven
until warmed throughout. The time depends on the amount needed to bake.
