Suggest a better descriptionIn a blender place mushrooms, salami and next four ingredients. Blend till finely chopped. Heat oil in large saute pan and add mushroom mixture. saute for 5 minutes or until liquids are gone. Deglaze pan with red wine and reduce out. Add remaining ingredients; cook for 10 minutes.
