German Pancake
Preheat oven to 425.
Spray quiche pan with nonstick spray, then add butter. Place in oven until butter melts.
Mix flour, eggs, sugar and salt until well blended. Add milk and mix well.
Take quiche pan out of the oven and add above mixture. Turn oven down to 400, place pan back in oven for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 for another 10-15 minutes. It is done when a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
