Puffy pancake
Put butter in 8 inch cast iron pan, put in oven and preheat to 400. Put remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. When oven reaches temperature, pour the butter out of the pan into the blender and blend for a few more seconds. Pour batter into pan and bake for 22 minutes.
