Sir nadrobis na drobno. Testo razdelis na 16 kosov in ga razvaljas na debelino 0,5 cm, priblizne velikosti 7x15 cm. Na vsak pravokotnik potreses malo sira in zavijes. Konce testa zlepis v krog.
Vecjo posodo napolni z vodo in dodaj sodo bikarbono. V vrelo vodo das obrocke in kuhas priblizno 20 sekund na vsaki strani. Polozi jih na peki papir in posuj s sezamom. Peces priblizno 30 minut pri 180 stopinjah.
