Grab a piece of lunch meat, spread it with softened cream cheese and roll it up with a green onion inside! Doesn't get much easier- but everyone (that likes onions) loves this!
Soften the cream cheese so it spreads easily.
Wash green onions and cut off the root part and some (not all!) of the greens.
Spread cream cheese on a piece of lunch meat.
Put the green onion (white part) on top of the lunch meat and roll it up.
The greens should be sticking out of the lunch meat.
Repeat this process for as many green onions or pieces of lunch meat that you have.
Enjoy!
Try finding thinner green onions as they don't have such an overpowering flavor!
