Cover bottom of large pie plate with one pastry shell.
Cook chicken breasts then let cool and cut into bite sized pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Add milk slowly. (May not need quite all of it) Pour into crust. Cover with top pastry crust. Seal edges and cut steam vemts. Cook 60 minutes until golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes.
