Pour water bowl add sugar.Mix to desolve .add yeast let sit 1 min to foam .add 3/4 cup flour mix add more flour until it doesn't stick and not sticky but not hard.put on counter kneed 2 min ,until spings back like a sponge .put bowl put cloth over it let sit 30 min .now put on counter roll out cut into 2 then roll each pice put on cookie sheet with parchement paper .put cloth let sit 30 min Then brush egg wash on the bread loaves put in preheated oven 375' for 25 min bon apetit
