Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter in a saucepan on low heat.
Add flour and mix until smooth.
Remove fat from broth or stock. This is not necessary if using canned broth or stock.
Add broth or stock to saucepan and stir until a smooth consistency is achieved and gravy thickens.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Add a pinch of Rosemary and thyme.
Stir and leave on very low heat until served.
