This super easy and cheap meal was given to me by my mother in law. It produces a tasty, easily re-heated casserole which can be scaled to feed any size group. I use neck chops as they are cheap and will still come out tender.
1. Preheat oven to 145 degrees celsius
2. Mix the water and onion soup mix together
3. Mix all ingredients in a large casserole dish or bowl with a lid or foil over the top
4. Place in oven and cook for 2-3 hours stirring once half way through
Meat should be very tender when ready, sauce can be thickened up with cornflour if desired
