Kathy's no-bake recipe for delicious peanut butter chocolate cookies.
Melt sugar, milk, cocoa and butter in sauce pan. Bring to a boil (Med High heat). Once it begins to boil, set timer for one minute. Stir continously!
Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until melted and mixed.
Add 3 cups of Quick Oats Oatmeal. Stir well. Continue stirring up from the bottom to help mixture cool a little bit and thicken as it cools. Drop onto wax paper.
