Hot dogs in a rice casserole with cheese, and jalapeƱos.
Place your 8 cups of rice into a rice cooker, prepare according to rice cooker instructions, should yield about 4 cups cooked. In the mean time cook your hot dogs, my preferred method is with a halogen cooker or a convection oven, then slice the hot dogs lengthwise in half, then across each one to quarter. When rice and hot digs are cooked, and hot dogs sliced mix them up real well together. Then pour in your preference of one or two jars of jalapenos, individual taste I like two. Then pour in nacho cheese and stir until the consistency suits you then heat it up just about five minutes in the microwave to make sure it's heated all the way through. Dish it up for you and your guests and enjoy, I just thought i'd start with one if my simpler recipes, to see how it went over, if it was pretty well accepted I have a lot of recipes, forty years plus worth, from simple to rather complicated, please tell me how you like this. Thank you, God bless you.
Make sure to fallow directions fairly close on the rice, but I usually add one extra cup if it asks for four, and pull it from the microwave occasionally to make sure it doesn't get gloppy and to make sure it's thoroughly. Also thevhit dogs are better with little griil marks.
