Tasty stir-fry with lots of options based on what vegetables are in the fridge.
Heat a wok over high heat.
Add oils, garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the broccoli, beans, bok choy and snow peas and cook for 3 minutes or until the vegetables are just tender.
Add the hoisin and sherry or wine and cook for one minute.
Serve with steamed rice and top with fried tofu if desired.
