Combine peanut butter and honey in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring well, until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, oatmeal, chocolate chips, peanuts, and raisins. Stir until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is combined. Put into buttered 9x9 inch pan. Chill. Cut into bars.
