Combination of Edamame and Guacomole
In a medium bowl, mash the avocadoes.
Place the edamame, garlic, ponzu and lime juice in a blender, puree until smooth (add olive as needed); add to the bowl of avocadoes.
Mix in the onions, tomatoes and cayenne pepper. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with crisp tortilla chips or shrimp chips.
