Quick and easy!
1. Stir broth, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan. Heat over high heat until it comes to a rolling bowl, stirring occasionally.
2. While waiting for broth to boil, whisk eggs in a measuring cup.
3. Once broth comes to a rolling boil, remove from heat. Pour eggs in very slowly, and stir with a fork.
4. Stir in sesame oil, fish oil (optional), and green onions, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve immediately.
