Suggest a better descriptionLayer hashbrowns in a 9x12 baking dish. Top with pats of butter and salt and pepper. Layer one cup grated cheese. Mix 8 eggs, 1 cup milk, and 2 cups ham. Pour over hash browns. Top with cheese - refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
