1. Cut English muffins in half and toast the insides.
2. Cook turkey bacon as instructed on package.
3. Lightly spray frying pan and add egg whites. Carefully flip once almost cooked through.
4. Add cheese to the top of the egg while still in the frying pan so that the cheese melts.
5. Cut the egg in half and add to the toasted English muffins.
6. Place one slice of turkey bacon on each muffin.
