Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray muffin
pan with nonstick spray or olive oil
2. In the bottom of the muffin pan sups
layer with as much diced meat as you like. Cheese then green onions. You want the muffin pans to be 2/3 full. Leave enough room to pour egg around the other ingredients
3. Break eggs into large measuring bowl and seasonings and pepper if using any. Beat well
4. Pour egg into each muffin cup until it is 3/4 full.
5. Bake 25-35 mins until muffins have risen and are slightly browned and set.
6. Muffins can be stored in the refrigerator for at least a week. Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds to warm up.
