Suggest a better descriptionMix eggs, eggnog, rum, sugar, vanilla, butter, & nutmeg in mixer with paddle. In separate bowl, sift flour, pudding, baking powder, & salt. Add to wet mixture. Blend until just incorporated. Don't overmix. Place in 2 med aluminum loaf or 4 small aluminum loaf pans that have been greased. Bake 35-55 mins until toothpick comes out clean.
Pour glaze over cooled loaves
