Slice eggplant into slices. Brush olive oil and salt. Air Fry for 10 min on 380 or until soft.
When done:
-brush marinara sauce, add shredded cheese, and prosciutto.
Air Fry for 2-3 min (the longer the crispier the prosciutto).
Oven:
Preheat to 425. Roast eggplant for 30 min.
Repeat all steps above the same.
