A twist on a traditional dish
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add onion and cook until tender.
In a bowl whisk eggs and milk and add to onions stirring until egg are almost set (3-6 minutes)
Add salmon, dill and capers.
Fold in cream cheese and cooked until egg are set (1-2 minutes)
Serve.
Optional serve over bagel slice garnish with chives and slices of tomatoes
