Preheat griddle to 375F. In mixing bowl, blend pancake mix, water, peanut butter, cinnamon sugar together until large lumps are broke up. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup of pancake batter mix onto hot griddle. Turn pancakes when edges are golden brown and mix has bubbles on the top. Turn only once.
